UKFE is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineering Lead to own delivery across work-packages within the STEP programme. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to elicit stakeholder needs, define whole-plant requirements, and shape systems engineering policy and processes.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery within scope, cost, and schedule while championing best practices and inclusive leadership.
