We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management team, with a strong background in corporate fit-out and occupier-led projects. This is a senior client-facing role, responsible for leading cost management services across UK and EMEA corporate portfolios, shaping commercial strategy, and supporting the delivery of consistent, best-in-class outcomes for global occupier clients. As a senior member of the Cost Management community, you will also play a key role in mentoring colleagues, supporting multi-market bids, and driving best practice across the EMEA Occupier Services platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre and post-contract cost management services for corporate fit-out and workplace projects, including offices, labs, call centres and flexible workplace environments.
  • Provide strategic cost advice at feasibility and business case stage, including option appraisals, cost planning and value engineering.
  • Produce and present clear, robust and commercially focused cost reports to senior corporate stakeholders.
  • Manage project financials from inception through close-out, including change control, risk management and final account settlement.
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients, balancing cost, quality, programme and risk.

Qualifications Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience in cost management for corporate fit-out / occupier projects, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to operate confidently with blue-chip corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of commercial offices and workplace delivery across the UK and/or EMEA.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, organisation and time management skills.
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting multi-country or global client portfolios.
  • Familiarity with governance-led delivery models and service-level agreements.
  • Professional qualification (e.g. MRICS or equivalent).
