Make your mark as Competence & Training Administrator at Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for the provision of administrative support to the C&T department. The role holder ensures that the Company Learning & Competence Management Systems (Trainingportal & Onboard Tracker) are in compliance with Company Training & Competence Matrice requirements for all Onshore and Offshore personnel. This role requires a pro‑active attitude and the ability to adapt to varying workflow volumes. A certain level of autonomy is expected as the teams supported by this role may not always be at the same location.

Your Main responsibilities as a Competence and Training Administrator:

  • Provide general administration support to the C&T Department members;
  • Maintain personnel training and competence records to ensure compliance with Company Policy;
  • Identify Training gaps and develop gap analysis plans to address;
  • Perform regular audit on training records and KPI performance ensuring action taken in a timely manner to address forecasted expiries;
  • Ensure data is managed within system effectively and provide reporting/statistics on Compliance KPI performance;
  • Create new personnel profiles on system (Onshore & Offshore 3rd Party only);
  • Enrol personnel to the Company E Learning System for courses relevant to their role (Onshore and Offshore Requirements);
  • Support administration tasks for ECITB government levy claims.

Your Qualities

You can make your mark as a Competence and Training Administrator if you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years in the role of C&T Administrator or similar equivalent capacity in Crewing/HR;
  • Experience working within the Subsea Sector of the Oil and Gas Industry;
  • Working knowledge of Training and Competence Management Systems and Processes;
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks and objectives to a high level in a fast paced and changing environment;
  • High attention to detail and ability to show flexibility during busy periods;
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
