The Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Legora, you’ll act as a technical and strategic partner to our sales team, engineering team and prospective clients. You’ll help customers understand how Legora’s solutions solve their most complex technical challenges, lead technical discovery, create custom demonstrations, and support the end-to-end sales process. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with customers to drive value. Your work will directly influence Legora’s growth and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer pain points, use cases, and requirements.
- Collaborate with our Legal Engineers to create demos and proof-of-concepts that illustrate how Legora’s solutions address customer challenges and create value.
- Facilitate technical workshops and proof-of-value sessions.
- Respond to technical questions, security concerns, RFI/RFP responses, and implementation feasibility discussions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical liaison throughout the sales cycle from early engagement to contract negotiation.
- Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on customer needs and Legora’s product capabilities.
- Translate complex requirements into clear architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and proposal documentation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, share customer feedback, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams to shape deal strategy and shape technical strategy early in the sales process.
- Support onboarding of technical sales content (demos and demo scripts, battlecards, case studies) that improve sales efficiency.
- Work closely with Technical Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth transition from pre‑sale to implementation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a customer‑facing technical role (preferably B2B).
- Experienced with having technical delivery discussions, responding to technical questions coming from clients.
- Experience delivering technical presentations and demos to both technical and business decision‑makers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
- French language proficiency is an advantage, though not a requirement for this role.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position in London.
