Your mission is to apply your skills in radiobiology to support the preclinical development of our innovative Bicycle® Radio-Conjugates (BRCs™). You will conduct key in vitro and in vivo experiments, generating the high-quality data needed to understand the efficacy and mechanism of action of our next‑generation cancer therapies.
Working location: This is a hybrid position with the majority of attendance being at our office in London (up to 4 days per week), in the vicinity of Kings Cross, with an ongoing requirement to visit the Cambridge Office up to 2 days per month.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scientific & Project Execution
- Conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate the efficacy, mechanism of action, and radiobiological effects of our BRCs, following established study designs.
- Perform a range of assays to probe DNA damage response, cell cycle effects, and mechanisms of cell death.
- Characterize the effects of targeted radionuclide therapy on both tumour cells and the tumour microenvironment.
- Support radiobiology research conducted through CROs and academic collaborations by assisting with material transfer and data organization.
- Data Analysis & Communication
- Diligently document all experimental work and clearly communicate results to your manager and project team.
- Contribute to the identification of potential pharmacodynamic biomarkers through careful experimental work.
- Contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations through your data generation and analysis.

Qualifications
- A strong educational background in radiobiology, cancer biology, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with a range of in vitro radiobiology techniques (e.g., clonogenic survival, DNA damage assays, cell cycle analysis).
- A solid understanding of the biological effects of ionizing radiation.
- Experience with targeted radiotherapeutics or preclinical imaging would be an advantage.
- Hands‑on experience with a range of in vivo techniques, such as nuclear imaging and biodistribution studies, is highly desirable.
- A collaborative mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
