We’re looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to play a key role in our London office—ensuring its smooth day-to-day operation while providing high-level support to senior leadership, including the EVP, Newsweek International. This is a fast-paced, varied role where organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities will be essential. This role involves working from our London Canary Wharf office from Monday to Thursday. Fridays may be worked from home.
Executive Assistant- Manage the diary and inbox of the senior executive, arranging appointments and meetings.
- Book travel, accommodation, restaurants, and other client entertainment activities as requested.
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring they are well taken care of.
- Liaise with all office staff, including those based in the U.S. and other locations.
- Screen phone calls and handle general inquiries.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Provide cover for reception as needed.
- Handle any other ad-hoc requests from senior executives.
- Living within a reasonable commuting distance to our London office as regular attendance is required.
- Relevant experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
