What you'll do:

  • Support the assembly and integration of mechanical structures and subsystems for hypersonic vehicles.
  • Assemble components and sub‑assemblies using engineering drawings, work instructions, and torque specifications.
  • Install mechanical hardware, structures, and mechanisms as part of vehicle build.
  • Use hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision equipment to achieve high quality builds.
  • Perform inspections and checks to ensure correct fit, alignment, and installation.
  • Maintain organised workspaces, tooling, and parts throughout the build process.
  • Support mechanical testing and integration activities as required.
  • Work closely with engineers to resolve build and fitment issues.
