You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Controlling site access and preventing unauthorised entry
- Managing reception and visitor access
- Monitoring CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms and security systems
- Conducting internal and external security patrols
- Carrying out routine security and safety checks
- Managing keys, locking and unlocking duties
- Issuing visitor and contractor passes
- Maintaining accurate records and site documentation
- Managing traffic flow and parking restrictions where required
- Handling lost property in line with site procedures
- Delivering exceptional customer service to staff, visitors and contractors
- Responding professionally to incidents, emergencies and security concerns
- Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment at all times
Health & Safety
- Support employees, visitors and contractors on site.
- Follow and promote health and safety procedures.
- Report hazards, faults, unsafe practices and accidents.
- Keep walkways and emergency exits clear.
- Monitor and report First Aid equipment usage and shortages.
- Respond to emergencies and follow escalation procedures.
- Investigate fire alarm activations and report findings.
