Eliot is seeking an experienced and collaborative Director to oversee Family Networks services and strengthen partnerships that support children, youth, and families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing provider relationships, overseeing program performance, supporting quality improvement efforts, and partnering with DCF and community organizations to ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes for families. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with child welfare experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting children and families through collaborative, community-based services.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of Family Networks operations
- Supervise, coach, and develop program staff
- Manage relationships with DCF, community providers, schools, and state agencies
- Lead quality improvement and performance management initiatives
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures
- Oversee referral and utilization review processes
- Facilitate trainings, meetings, and stakeholder forums
- Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Clinical licensure preferred
- Minimum 3 years of child welfare, family services, or clinical experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working within DCF or child welfare systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
