An exciting opportunity is now available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Carlisle on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: £26,650 per annum.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure all administrative duties are carried out accurately and in a timely fashion, facilitating with customer systems to ensure smooth running of the operation.
Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:
- Daily PID checks.
- Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
- Investigation into customer complaints.
- ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
- Stock checks.
- RDT direct system uploads.
- Audit traceability exercise completion.
- System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
- Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
- Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
- Team player attitude.
- Previous admin/stock control experience.
- Experience with SAP and WMS systems advantageous.
