As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
- Supporting with personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming with the utmost dignity
- Assisting with medication – preparation and safe administration
- Helping with mobility – using aids/equipment safely and supporting rehabilitation after hospital stays
- Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
- Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, household tasks
- Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships

- Companionship – conversations, activities, outings

Qualifications What You’ll Need:
- At least 6 months of social care experience is ideal.

- Right to work within the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
- Willingness to travel between clients within the local community.
