Location: Cardiff (Office-based, 5 days a week)

Salary: £24,800–£28,000 base + uncapped commission | £50,000 OTE

Start Date: Sept/Oct 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Join a 90-day structured training programme
  • Learn from internal experts and external coaches
  • Sell leading tech solutions to education institutions in the UK and beyond
  • Build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities
  • Progress into senior roles as the business expands

Qualifications:

  • No sales experience or degree required
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and resilience
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • A genuine interest in business development and tech
  • An interest or knowledge in the education sector would be beneficial, but not essential
  • 2 A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but don't be put off if you don't have this
