As a People Data & Systems Analytics Manager, you will own and optimise Greene King’s people systems, data and reporting to deliver trusted insight that supports better decision‑making across the business. You’ll work closely with People, Technology and Data teams to improve self‑service, data quality and analytics capability.
Responsibilities
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of People systems, integrations, data, reporting and analytics.
- Lead the People data and reporting team, managing priorities, delivery and capability development.
- Establish strong data governance, reporting standards and trusted metrics across People data.
- Design and deliver scalable MI, dashboards and self‑service reporting solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders across People, Technology, Finance and Operations to turn data into actionable insight.
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience working with HR systems and people data, ideally within a complex organisation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insight for senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate analytical teams.

- A continuous improvement mindset with experience improving data quality, automation and reporting.
