This role serves as a strategic bridge between our online audiences and the brand, shaping how our story is told across global digital channels. The Global Digital Channels Manager will lead the day-to-day management of the Group’s corporate digital channels with a strong focus on positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry, deepening audience engagement, and increasing the company’s lead generation pipeline from social media campaigns.
You will:
- Manage the Group and executive social media channels and SGS.com homepage, providing an editorial calendar that delivers fresh, useful and compelling content for target audiences.
- Create and produce engaging short-form video content (reels, executive videos, interviews and other platform-native formats).
- Lead and implement content strategy that supports our brand positioning and business objectives, working closely with other content specialists.
- Create and optimize compelling digital campaigns.
- Coordinate publishing of cross-channel corporate campaigns.
- Guide and support the Digital Engagement team on community management.
- Oversee social media complaints on Group social media channels.
- Stay up-to-date with new and interesting content formats and pilot them, communicating suggested content and updates to appropriate departments.
- Educate internal stakeholders on best practices for social media management and digital campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years developing and executing strategies that engage communities, particularly for B2B environments, on channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X and YouTube.
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex topics into engaging, audience-focused storytelling.
- Proven experience creating, editing and producing short-form social media video content.
- Strong understanding of emerging social media trends, formats and platforms, with hands-on experience testing and optimizing new content approaches.
- Demonstrated experience developing high-impact content for different audiences and formats, including articles, videos, live streams, interviews and multimedia campaigns.
- Active daily engagement with social media and digital culture, with a strong instinct for online communities and audience behaviours.
- Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.
- Native-level English proficiency, additional languages are a plus.
