- Work closely with Construction Managers and Site Supervisors to resolve issues relating to access, materials, engineering queries, documentation, and resource availability.
- Ensure delivery teams are working to approved plans and agreed priorities.
- Maintain continuity of site activities through proactive planning and management of contingency work scopes.
- Liaise with Site Engineering and Design teams to support the resolution of technical and field engineering issues.
- Performance & Reporting
- Monitor daily productivity and progress against planned activities.
- Analyse planned versus actual performance and identify trends impacting delivery.
- Track delays, lost time, and recurring blockers.
- Support the identification and classification of internal and external constraints.
- Work alongside Quantity Surveying teams to document external disruptions and support commercial assessments where required.
- Lead the preparation of monthly construction progress reports, providing clear insight into site performance, risks, and opportunities.
