jobr. pro in Birmingham is seeking a Part Time Administrator to join our team.

This 30-hour-per-week role (days flexible) supports the Birmingham Management Team with wide-ranging admin tasks to meet contractual obligations and maintain compliance with procedures.

You will handle timesheets, records, invoicing, procurement trackers, PPE and vehicle administration, and assist with QHSSE and audit activities.

The role may include Fire Marshal or First Aider duties.
