We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division. You’ll play a key role in coordinating service operations, managing engineer schedules, and supporting customer delivery across maintenance, reactive, and project work.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate engineer scheduling and manage utilisation
- Process timesheets and maintain planner systems
- Raise jobs (maintenance, quoted, and reactive works)
- Order parts and manage work-in-progress (WIP)
- Communicate with customers and obtain purchase orders
- Support invoicing, quotations, and KPI tracking
- Maintain training records and support compliance (EHS, FGAS)
What we’re looking for
- Must-Have: Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, customer-focused with excellent communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset, willingness to learn and adapt
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in a similar service or engineering environment, technical knowledge or exposure to refrigeration systems
