jobr.pro is seeking a highly experienced Regional Trainer to lead learning initiatives across London and the South, covering frontline retail teams and driving product knowledge, selling skills, and customer experience standards. The role is field-based with regular travel and in-store coaching 3–4 days a week, with some weekend work.
Reporting to the Head of Training, you will own the full learning cycle from needs analysis to content delivery and impact evaluation, building strong relationships.
