Job Description
This role is supporting our client with Cerebral Palsy, they need support with personal care, bowel management, mobilisations, assisting them whilst attending college, including driving them to and from college and social activities.
Our client enjoys a variety of activities, they are a social young person who lives with parents on site and you will be supporting them to live independently as possible.
Qualifications
Previous care experience is desirable.
Experience supporting a young person is desirable.
Excellent communication skills.
UK full manual driving license is essential.
Full Nurse Led training will be provided.
