Salary $120,000 – $160,000 per year

Based in Wakefield, we are a well known to be ranked among the top 50 accounting and advisory firm in greater Boston.

We are looking for a talented Tax Manager to join our Tax department in managing a team in tax planning, research and tax return review. This person will have direct client interaction and will be encouraged to grow client relationships. The Ideal candidate has a strong background in public accounting, managing and delivering full range of tax services, and carry a CPA.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client\’s tax requirements and overall relationship
• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
• Ensure the Firm\’s high standards of quality are met or exceeded
• Provide innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax returns
• Establish and maintain a leadership role within the Firm
• Leverage staff to achieve deadlines and manage budgets
• Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff as needed

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Accounting or related
• 8-10 years of Tax experience working for a public accounting firm
• Ability to plan, supervise and complete tax engagements
• Excellent interpersonal skills in working with staff and clients
• MST Preferred but CPA required
