We are a fabrication and large-scale machining company specializing in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys. We provide repair, overhaul, and on-site machining and welding services for industrial equipment. We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in MasterCAM to develop and optimize programs for large-scale machining projects. This role supports heavy fabrication operations by creating accurate, efficient CNC programs for complex components.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program CNC machining programs using MasterCAM.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Create toolpaths and select appropriate tooling and machining strategies.
- Optimize programs for efficiency, accuracy, and material utilization.
- Troubleshoot and modify programs as needed during production.
- Collaborate with machinists, operators, and production teams.
- Perform program verification and support first-run validation.
- Maintain documentation and revision control for CNC programs.
