We are looking for an experienced Working Ganger / Supervisor to join a large civils / highways project in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, working alongside the gang while overseeing daily site activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and working alongside a small site team
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently
- Coordinating daily tasks and site activities

- SSSTS/SMSTS
