JML are on the look out for a Civils Site Supervisor.
Location: Stowmarket area (within Stowmarket and Diss)
Start Date: 05/05/2026
Rate: £27.50ph CIS or £23ph PAYE (Direct)
Duration: Ongoing (4 years expected)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a large-scale civils project in Stowmarket. This is a long-term opportunity, starting with Ground Investigation (GI) works, progressing into pylon base installation over the coming years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising site activities and workforce on a busy civils project
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with specifications
- Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and management
- Maintaining site records and reporting progress
Requirements:
- SMSTS – essential
- Gold CSCS Card – minimum
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on civils projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures
- Experience in groundworks or infrastructure projects preferred
