Site Manager / Small Works Supervisor – Vinci

Location: Based at Dalton Barracks, also covering Vauxhall Barracks and Denison Barracks.

Rate: £21.00 – £24.00 per hour PAYE.

Start: ASAP.

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Small Works Supervisor to support Vinci in delivering planned, reactive, and small-scale project works across multiple MOD locations. This key role oversees site-based teams and ensures safe, timely delivery of works up to £100k.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing on-site personnel including trades and engineers.
• Overseeing reactive maintenance, remedial works, and small works projects.
• Delivering projects up to £100K, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Supporting FM operations across Dalton, Vauxhall, and Denison Barracks.
• Working effectively within a military environment and liaising with stakeholders.
• Ensuring all works adhere to H&S, CDM, and contractual requirements.
• Supervising self-delivery engineers and coordinating resources.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and providing progress updates.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Background in Facilities Management and small works/project delivery.
• Strong understanding of H&S / CDM regulations.
• SMSTS essential.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets up to £100K.
• Technically astute with an engineering or trade-related background (preferred).Strong organisation, communication, and team-focused skills.
• Experience working on MOD sites or secure environments beneficial.
• Must be eligible for MOD security vetting.
