We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Handyman with SSSTS to work on a long-term construction project in Friston. This is a hands-on, practical role maintaining site offices, compounds, and welfare facilities.
Role Overview: The Site Handyman will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of site facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and maintained to a good standard. This is not an office-based facilities role β it is a hands-on role within a live construction environment.
Key Duties:
- Carrying out general handyman and maintenance works across site
- Maintaining site offices, compounds, and welfare facilities
- Fixing lighting, doors, walls, fixtures, fittings, and minor repairs
- Addressing day-to-day defects and snagging issues
- Coordinating remedial works and reporting to site management
- Ensuring welfare areas remain safe, clean, and fully operational
Key Information:
- Location: Friston
- Rate: Β£23 per hour (PAYE) / Β£27.50 per hour (CIS)
- Duration: Long-term, ongoing work

- SSSTS β Essential
- Proven experience as a Site Handyman / Maintenance Operative / Facilities Handyman on construction sites
