We’re recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager to join a high-profile healthcare facilities management contract at PRUH. This is a key leadership role where you’ll act as the technical authority across all engineering activities within a live hospital environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading M&E engineering delivery across a complex healthcare site
- Acting as the go-to expert on HTM compliance and safety-critical systems
- Supporting and mentoring engineers and technical teams on-site
- Working closely with clinical staff and stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational demands
- Overseeing design changes, lifecycle planning, and maintenance strategies
- Managing risk, driving improvements, and promoting innovative solutions
- Supporting emergency response planning (power, fire, critical systems)
What we’re looking for:
- HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Building Services or Engineering (Degree preferred)
- Professional membership (CIBSE, IET, IHEEM or similar)
- Strong healthcare experience with solid knowledge of HTM / HBN standards
- Background in facilities management / technical services
- Good understanding of compliance, health & safety, and project delivery
- Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
