We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Payroll & HR Migration programme for a major client. This role will oversee multiple HR-related workstreams and requires strong technical understanding of payroll and HR system migrations.
Scope of Workstreams:
- Payroll migration (including interaction with Paris-based global payroll contract)
- HR Systems and administrative processes
- People integration
Working Arrangements:
- Weekly on-site presence required in Watford (Astral House)
- Occasional travel to Sevenoaks (maximum once per month)
- Up to 2 days per week working from home after initial onboarding/induction
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall delivery of Payroll & HR migration workstreams
- Stakeholder management across local and global teams
- Coordination of system, process, and people integration activities
- Support with data migration, UAT, and system integration where required
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven Payroll migration experience, including SAP migration
- Strong understanding of HR systems and how they integrate
- Hands-on Project Manager able to support data migration and UAT if needed
- Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
This is a long-term assignment offering stability through to June 2027, working on a high-profile transformation programme.
