We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter / Handyperson to join our facilities maintenance team based at Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH), Orpington. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract with consistent hours and the potential for up to a year's work.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out painting and decorating works across the site.
- Completing general maintenance and handyman tasks as required.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider facilities maintenance team with planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Maintaining clean and safe working areas at all times.
- Previous experience in painting and decorating.
- Good all-round handyman / maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- DBS clearance required (or willingness to obtain).
- CSCS card not required.
- Long-term contract with potential for 12 months' work.
- 40 hours per week.
- Competitive pay rates.
