Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced PA / Administrator to support senior staff and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of operations on the Civil engineering construction site. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience within a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full PA support to senior management
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Handling emails, correspondence, and document management
  • Assisting with general administrative duties across the business
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations where required
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a PA and Administrator
  • Previous experience within a commercial environment is essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
