Role Overview
JML are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a live construction project for our client Vinci. The role involves managing, controlling, and tracking all project documentation in line with site and information management procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project document control system (predominantly 4P).
- Log, issue, track, and archive project documentation.
- Maintain document registers, revision control, and audit trails.
- Distribute drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.
- Support project teams with document control queries and project close-out documentation.
Key Requirements (Essential)
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction or engineering projects.
- Strong working knowledge of document control systems (4P essential).
- Experience using EDMS and managing high volumes of documents.
- Solid understanding of document control procedures and workflows.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
