Experienced Weighbridge & Site Administrator in Dagenham, Essex (Relocating to Thurrock after approximately 1 month). Rate of pay is dependent on experience and payment method. Night Shift Uplift. Overtime paid at 1.5x on Saturdays (until midday) and 2x after midday & all day Sunday.
We're looking for an experienced Weighbridge & Site Administrator to join a busy and well-established operation. If you have previous weighbridge experience, excellent administration skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Previous weighbridge experience is ESSENTIAL. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Your duties will include:
- Operating the weighbridge accurately
- Processing vehicle movements
- Issuing weighbridge tickets
- Checking delivery and collection paperwork
- Liaising with HGV drivers and customers
- General administration and data entry
- Maintaining accurate records and following Health & Safety procedures
What you'll need:
- Previous weighbridge experience (Essential)
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Able to work rotating day and night shifts
Please note: The role will initially be based in Dagenham before relocating to Thurrock after approximately one month. Applicants must be able to travel to both locations. Work Location: In person.
