Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo – Loading Shovel
- Proven experience operating a loading shovel (quarry, asphalt or recycling preferred)
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work early starts and flexible hours
- Available to start immediately
Duties include:
- Safe and efficient operation of a loading shovel
- Moving and loading aggregates/materials around site
- Feeding hoppers and supporting asphalt/quarry production
- Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting defects
- Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth operations
