About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join our housing project team focused on groundworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting out for residential construction and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set out construction sites using surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, etc.).
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Monitor site progress and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement risk assessments.

Qualifications:
