JML are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a busy civil engineering project.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Engineer
- Strong understanding of setting out and site engineering principles
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Duties:
- Setting out and surveying works on site
- Providing levels and control points for site teams
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Carrying out site measurements and quality checks
- Liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors, and Operatives
- Maintaining accurate site records and engineering documentation
- Supporting the successful delivery of civils and infrastructure works
Experience Required:
- Civil engineering projects
- Earthworks, drainage, foundations, and infrastructure works
- Use of surveying equipment including GPS and Total Station
- Producing and checking as-built information
