JML JobMatcha are currently recruiting experienced Gangers and Groundworkers for a major civil engineering project in the Bristol area (BS11 – Severnside / Avonmouth). This is a great opportunity to join a well-established project with ongoing work available for reliable and skilled operatives.
Gangers – 2 Required £21–£23 per hour CIS
Requirements:
- SSSTS
- Gold CSCS
- Safe Dig (Streetworks or EUSR)
- Strong leadership and civils experience
Role Includes:
- Supervising gangs on civil engineering works
- Managing daily site activities and ensuring safe delivery
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
Groundworkers – 2 Required £18–£20 per hour CIS
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- CAT & Genny (preferred)
- Previous civils / groundworks experience
Role Includes:
- General civils and groundwork duties
- Excavation, ducting, drainage, reinstatement works
- Supporting site team to deliver works safely and efficiently
