The Role

  • This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process for construction operatives and site workers.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring candidates are successfully sourced, screened, compliant, and ready for deployment to site.
  • Posting and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals
  • Handling incoming applications and making initial candidate contact
  • Conducting screening calls to assess suitability for roles
  • Managing candidate records and keeping systems up to date
  • Coordinating interviews and registration processes
  • Completing right‑to‑work checks and verifying documentation
  • Checking CSCS cards, qualifications, and site‑specific tickets
  • Supporting onboarding and induction processes
  • Liaising with operations teams to ensure workforce requirements are met
  • Supporting candidates through to placement and first‑day attendance

About You

  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident speaking with candidates over the phone
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Detail‑focused, especially around compliance and documentation
  • A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Interested in building a career in recruitment or workforce solutions

Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided. Experience in construction, admin, customer service, or coordination roles would be an advantage.
