We are currently seeking an experienced Yardperson to join a busy civil engineering project in the Dover area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well‑established site team.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and maintaining the site compound and yard area.
- Assisting with deliveries, materials management, and stock control.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Supporting site teams with general labouring and yard duties.
- Directing vehicle movements and plant operations where required.
- Assisting with site set‑up and demobilisation activities.
- Previous experience working on construction or civil engineering sites.
- Banksman / Vehicle Marshal ticket preferred.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Competitive rates of up to £18.00 per hour.
