We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting sales activities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to enquiries via telephone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all information is correct and compliant with company procedures
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Support the sales function through efficient administration and customer communication
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and record management
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively, maintaining a customer-first approach
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, internal sales, or sales advisor role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and basic reporting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
