We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong Excel capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with company procedures.
- You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting sales activities and ensuring accurate data handling.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
