Job Purpose
The Strip-Out Construction Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient management of strip-out, soft demolition, enabling works, and internal demolition activities on construction and refurbishment projects on Market St, Falmouth. The role involves supervising site operatives, subcontractors, and plant to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all strip-out and soft demolition activities on site.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, RAMS, and project programmes.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Carry out daily site inspections and progress reviews.
