We are recruiting a Buyer/Procurement Officer to support procurement and commercial activity within a hospital environment. This role involves working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Raising material requisitions for site engineers
- Goods receipting and managing contractor invoices
- Monitoring the commercial inbox and daily invoices
- Liaising with subcontractors on procurement, renewals, and payments
- Supporting PPM contract monitoring and renewals
- Raising payment certificates for approved applications
Essential Requirements:
- Background in subcontractor procurement and management
- Strong SAP / ERP system experience
- Knowledge of contractor payment processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong Word and Excel skills
Desirable: QS or commercial knowledge
