Key Responsibilities
- Providing first-line helpdesk support to internal and external customers.
- Logging, updating and tracking service requests accurately.
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Allocating jobs and monitoring progress through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate records using internal systems.
- Producing reports and completing general administrative duties.
- Supporting the wider facilities management team as required.
