We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer (HVAC) to join a busy NHS Facilities Management team based in Woolwich. This is a great opportunity for a skilled HVAC engineer to secure long-term work within a healthcare environment, with potential to move into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to chiller breakdowns and faults
- Service and maintain air conditioning systems
- Fault finding on split systems and VRV/VRF units
- Carry out planned and reactive HVAC maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in a live hospital environment
- F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
- Strong experience with air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF)
- Proven experience in chiller fault finding
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in HVAC / AC engineering
- Ability to work independently on a live site
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- NHS / healthcare FM experience
- Multi-skilled building services background
- Experience with planned maintenance systems
