Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer – Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich (SE18 4QH)

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineer to join our team on-site at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich. This is an excellent opportunity with the potential to go temp-to-perm for the right candidate.

Role Details

• Location: Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich, SE18 4QH
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
• Rate: £28 per hour (Umbrella) / £21.65 per hour (PAYE)
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• First response to chiller faults on-site
• Air conditioning servicing, repairs, and fault finding
• Working with split systems and VRV/VRF units
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
• Strong experience with split system and VRV/VRF equipment
• Competence in chiller fault diagnosis
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
