About the role We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in Field Service Management (FSM), Facility Management, or operational workflow-driven SaaS products. As a Product Manager at Joblogic, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform by deeply understanding how service contractors operate and translating complex operational workflows into intuitive product solutions. You will work closely with engineering, UX, customer-facing teams, and customers themselves to identify real-world operational challenges and build solutions that simplify the daily work of engineers, planners, helpdesk teams, and operations managers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real operational problems, working closely with users, and building workflow-driven B2B SaaS products.
What your main focus will be:
- Lead discovery with customers across field service and facilities management operations.
- Understand and map operational workflows including:
- Reactive maintenance jobs
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Scheduling and dispatch
- Field engineer mobile workflows
- Asset lifecycle management
- Quote - job - invoicing journeys
You will be expected to:
- Translate complex operational problems into clear product requirements and solution design.
- Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive workflows and product experiences.
- Define and prioritise roadmap initiatives aligned with product strategy and customer value.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and deliver real operational impact.
- Validate product ideas through customer interviews, field research, and prototype testing.
- Monitor product adoption, workflow performance, and user behaviour to continuously improve features.
- Partner with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful feature adoption.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager within B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of Field Service Management, Facilities Management, or operational workflow-based software.
- Experience translating real-world operational processes into clear product logic and requirements.
- Strong discovery skills and ability to conduct customer interviews and uncover real problems.
- Experience collaborating closely with UX designers and engineering teams.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate product strategy clearly.
- Structured thinking and ability to break down complex workflows into scalable product solutions.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving product environments with multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.

- Experience working with CAFM / FSM / CMMS software platforms.
- Experience building products with scheduling engines or optimisation logic.
