About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, starting conversations, qualifying needs, and booking high-quality demos. You’ll spend your time:

  • Prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
  • Researching target accounts and building high-quality contact lists
  • Qualifying prospects to ensure strong fit
  • Keeping HubSpot and Salesloft up to date and organised
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and strategy
  • Occasionally representing Joblogic at industry events

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to talk to people, thrives on targets, and wants to grow their career in SaaS sales.

What you’ll bring:

  • 6 to 12+ months of B2B SaaS sales/SDR experience
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a positive, coachable attitude

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with prospective customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively to targets and maintain a positive attitude.
  • International work/project/campaign experience, especially in the UK and Ireland.
  • Excellent communication skills in British English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work and timely follow-ups.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks based on business objectives.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesloft, or Microsoft 365
  • Proficiency in utilising SDR tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant sales generation platforms.
  • Interest in field service or facilities management industries
  • Understanding of FSM, ERP, or SaaS platforms
