Role Summary: The Partnership Marketing Coordinator will play a central role in launching, promoting, and growing Joblogic’s partnerships. Working closely with the Marketing Delivery Manager and supported by the Content and Brand team, you will manage all partnership marketing activity from onboarding through to campaign execution and performance reporting. You’ll coordinate go-to-market timelines, marketing asset creation, internal enablement, and ensure partner visibility across our key channels—including the Joblogic marketplace, newsletters, and social media. The role also involves nurturing existing partner relationships through regular campaigns, identifying revenue opportunities, and supporting light outreach to new prospects. You'll attend events, build connections, and be comfortable representing Joblogic externally. All partnership agreements and commercial terms will be handled by the Head of Partnerships—your focus will be on marketing delivery post-contract and reporting across the entire partner marketing funnel, including lead generation and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Launch Coordination: Ensure contracts are signed before marketing activity begins (handled by the Head of Partnerships). Define and document each partnership's type and scope (e.g., Referral, Integration, Strategic). Act as the primary marketing contact during partner onboarding. Align internal teams on deliverables and timelines. Produce clear internal documentation for each partner: Overview, audience, goals, stakeholders and contacts, commercial structure, deliverables, KPIs, and compliance considerations. Develop and maintain a repeatable onboarding and communications template.
- Marketing Launch Management: Manage end-to-end go-to-market timelines. Coordinate the creation and approval of launch assets with the Content and Brand team, including blog articles, social media content, email campaigns, partner listings, and case studies. Schedule inclusion in newsletters and ensure alignment with marketing priorities.
- Joblogic Marketplace Coordination: Manage the creation and launch of partner listings on the Joblogic Marketplace. Collect and review all partner-supplied content and visuals. Set up and test lead tracking. Liaise with Product, Web, and Technical teams for accurate and timely publishing.
- Existing Partner Campaigns & Relationship Nurture: Maintain ongoing marketing relationships with existing partners. Plan and execute regular nurture campaigns to drive visibility and joint revenue. Identify and coordinate co-marketing initiatives such as webinars and promotions. Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to maximise partner performance.
- Outreach, Events & Networking: Support outreach to potential new partners. Attend industry events and networking opportunities. Represent Joblogic professionally and communicate the value of partnership.
- Internal Alignment & Enablement: Ensure internal teams are informed and supported through launch briefings and status updates. Enablement materials such as FAQs and sales cheat sheets. CRM and process updates.
- Reporting, Governance & Funnel Oversight: Track and maintain project records using SharePoint and Asana. Manage partner records, communications, and campaign activity in HubSpot. Report regularly on partner launch status and timelines, lead generation and pipeline movement, campaign performance and ROI. Identify risks or delays early and escalate as needed. Recommend improvements to strengthen future partner launches and outcomes.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for Joblogic’s CSR programme. Liaise with our chosen charities to organise and support joint initiatives. Coordinate employee participation in volunteer activities and giving back days. Work with internal teams to promote CSR events and communicate impact. Ensure CSR activities are well-documented and align with company values and culture. Identify opportunities to strengthen our social impact and raise awareness across internal and external channels.
