Reports To: Invida Leadership / Joblogic Growth
Location: Office-based | Birmingham
Department: Marketing
Role Type: Permanent
Invida is a specialist CAFM and estates management platform trusted by universities, NHS trusts, property organisations, and complex estates teams across the UK and internationally. Unlike many SaaS businesses, Invida has grown almost entirely through referrals, peer recommendations, and customer advocacy. The platform has deep credibility in sectors where trust, operational complexity, and long-term relationships matter most. Now part of the Joblogic group — backed by Vista Equity Partners — Invida is entering a new phase of growth.
This role is central to that next phase: combining the specialist expertise and credibility of the Invida platform with the scale, infrastructure, and marketing capability of a larger SaaS organisation.
About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market marketing for Invida across demand generation, events, webinars, content, website management, customer proof, and field marketing activity. This is a broad, hands-on B2B SaaS marketing role for someone who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. The role is heavily focused on generating high-value pipeline and supporting long sales cycles through intelligent, targeted marketing. This is not a high-volume lead generation role. Success comes from understanding buying committees, building trust and credibility, and finding opportunities to influence complex enterprise deals over time. You will work closely with the Invida sales team and specialist agencies, acting as the dedicated marketing lead for Invida. Later this year, Invida will integrate with the Joblogic platform — creating strong opportunities for joint marketing and business development.
