  • Own the Asana workspace for marketing: set up project templates, workflows, task boards, and reporting dashboards.
  • Track and communicate project progress, team responsibilities, and bottlenecks through weekly updates.
  • Regularly use HubSpot, Power BI, and Slack to support cross-channel execution and reporting.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings as needed to drive alignment and delivery across departments.

Proven experience in marketing project management, ideally with GTM delivery responsibilities. Working knowledge of marketing channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, content, events, email). Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Power BI, and Slack.

Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunity to grow and progress in a thriving SaaS company.
