Role Summary:
Joblogic is seeking a highly organised and collaborative Marketing Delivery Manager to cover a maternity leave period. This role is pivotal in driving the timely execution of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, managing marketing project workflows, and ensuring visibility and accountability across all initiatives. Acting as the engine room for our marketing operations, you’ll oversee project tracking via Asana, facilitate cross-functional communication, support campaign execution, and guide our Event Coordinator to deliver high-impact activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & GTM Plan Management
- Oversee the execution of a multi-track GTM plan (including vertical-based, lifecycle-based, and feature launch tracks) across monthly phases.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for internal stakeholders across the marketing team, sales, partnerships, and product.
- Flag risks or blockers, propose solutions, and facilitate swift resolution with primary owners and leadership.
- Asana & Tools Oversight
- Own the Asana workspace for marketing: set up project templates, workflows, task boards, and reporting dashboards.
- Track and communicate project progress, team responsibilities, and bottlenecks through weekly updates.
- Regularly use HubSpot, Power BI, and Slack to support cross-channel execution and reporting.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings as needed to drive alignment and delivery across departments.
- Manage the execution of partnership marketing initiatives, including coordination with external stakeholders.
- Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Deliver weekly project and event status reports, and support campaign performance analysis (especially post-event ROI).
- Contribute to resource planning, workload forecasting, and budgeting for marketing delivery.
- Produce visuals or progress dashboards for meetings as required.
- Events Oversight & Team Management
- Line manage the Event Coordinator, providing strong strategic guidance while supporting execution where needed.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and personal development planning.
- Influence wider team performance by encouraging accountability and best practices.
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Support the improvement and documentation of marketing SOPs, onboarding resources, and project handover processes.
- Encourage and implement efficiencies that enhance team productivity and campaign delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in marketing project management, ideally with GTM delivery responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Asana, with a track record of managing multiple workflows and reporting structures.
- Working knowledge of marketing channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, content, events, email).
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Power BI, and Slack.
- Experience line managing and developing junior team members.
